Cali ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Nick Kuh, a sole trader based in England. Cali is an AI-powered calorie tracking and coaching service that operates through third-party AI platforms including Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI).

By creating an account or using Cali, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Cali provides AI-assisted calorie tracking, meal logging, weight monitoring and personalised coaching through integrations with AI chatbot platforms. The service includes:
To use Cali, you must create an account using a valid email address or sign in via Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using Cali.
Cali offers monthly, quarterly and annual subscription plans. All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes. Subscriptions are processed by our payment partner, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your Paddle subscription management page.

Cali operates as an integration within third-party AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT). You will need an active paid subscription with one of these platforms to use Cali. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing or terms of these third-party services.
Cali is not a medical service. Our calorie estimates are approximations and should not be treated as precise medical or nutritional advice. Cali does not provide clinical nutrition advice, medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations.
If you have specific dietary requirements, food allergies, eating disorders, or health conditions, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. You use Cali's coaching and calorie information at your own discretion and risk.
Calorie and nutritional estimates provided by Cali are approximations based on AI analysis and publicly available nutritional data. While we strive for accuracy, especially for branded and packaged items, estimates for home-cooked and restaurant meals are inherently approximate. You should not rely solely on Cali's estimates for medical or clinical purposes.
We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use and store your data. You retain ownership of any content you provide to Cali (meal descriptions, photos, weight data).

We aim to keep Cali available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We are also dependent on the availability of third-party platforms (Claude, ChatGPT) and infrastructure providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to health outcomes, dietary decisions or weight management results.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
