We want you to be happy with Cali. That's why we offer a 14-day free trial on every plan — so you can try everything before paying a penny. If Cali isn't for you, simply don't subscribe when the trial ends.
If you subscribed but changed your mind within 14 days of your first charge, contact us at support@heycali.app and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

All payments are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment processing and tax compliance. We never have access to your credit card or bank details.
